We specialize exclusively in BMW and Mercedes-Benz vehicles. These are the only brands we work on, which allows us to provide factory-level expertise on every job.
Where are you located?
We are located at 1320 US-92, Winter Haven, FL 33881. We serve all of Polk County including Lakeland, Davenport, Haines City, Bartow, Lake Wales, Auburndale, Mulberry, and Frostproof.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

What certifications do your technicians hold?
Our technicians are ASE certified and have received factory training from both Mercedes-Benz and BMW. We are fully licensed and insured.

What services do you offer?
We offer full diagnostics and scheduled maintenance tiers (Services A through E), which are typically triggered by your vehicle's dashboard notification. Core services include oil changes, sensor checks, spark plugs, cabin and air filters, transmission services, brake fluid service, drive belt inspection, and coolant flushes.
How do I know which service plan I need?
Your BMW or Mercedes will indicate which service it needs — A, B, C, D, or E — via a dashboard notification. Call us and we'll book the right one for you.
Do you offer a guarantee on your work?
Yes. We stand behind every repair we do. If anything goes wrong with our work, we take care of it. We also guarantee fair and honest pricing with no hidden fees.
